2. Sarathi program is for receptionists and front office . It aims to impart skills like patient handling, counselling, telephone etiquettes, interpersonal skills, communication skills, empathy, stress management, and personality development.

3. Sanjeevani program is for pharmacists. It is a specially designed program to enhance service orientation of pharmacy staff.

4. Customised Program for Dialysis Technicians (CPDT) /Other technicians- Dialysis Technicians play pivotal role in the management of CKD patients. Though they bring tremendous value to the patients through their sound technical and observation skills, yet patients feel aloof due to lack of compassion and human touch. Effective communication and rapport between dialysis technician and patients improve patient outcomes. Customised Program for Dialysis Technicians (CPDT) is a soft and behavioural skills training program especially designed for dialysis technicians. It comprises of three modules of one day each. Now this program has been modified and customised for all technicians and not just dialysis technicians.

5. Nursing Supervisors Leadership Program (NSLP) - Nursing leaders are crucial to a medical establishment. Their added responsibilities directly affect the quality of patient care. Their roles and responsibilities are vital to the success of the hospitals, so it is important that they possess diverse set of skills in order to be most effective. NSLP is a soft skills training program especially designed for nursing in-charges/heads/supervisors for building necessary leadership skills.
