Rest runs itself

Finish a set and the rest timer starts on its own. It counts down, alerts you when it is over, and moves you on. No stopwatch to remember, no dead minutes because you checked your phone and lost track. Need longer? Add 10 or 30 seconds with one tap. Need quiet? Mute a single rest without digging through settings.

Logging is a glance, not a chore

Your weights carry forward from last time, already filled in. If you did 80 kg for 8 last week, that is what you see

this week. Change it only when it changes. Weight, reps, and a note per set, in the seconds you already have between sets.

A running estimate tells you how much of the session is left, based on how you actually train rather than a generic table. Plan the rest of your evening from the gym floor.
