Timer 2000

Timer 2000 — Interval Training Timer

Train harder. Time smarter.

Timer 2000 is a clean, no-nonsense interval timer for every kind of workout — Tabata, HIIT, AMRAP, circuit training, endurance sets, stretching, mobility flows, even meditation rounds. No accounts, no clutter, no distractions. Just set your intervals and go.

Why Timer 2000?

Most timer apps bury what you need behind sign-ups, paywalls, social feeds and complicated workout builders. Timer 2000 keeps it simple: pick a preset or dial in your own series, exercise and rest durations, then hit start. The whole timer is built so you never have to look at the screen mid-workout.

Features

🎙️ Voice Countdown — Hear the remaining time every 10 seconds, so you can keep your eyes on the workout instead of the phone. Toggle it on or off any time, even mid-session.

🔔 Rising-Pitch Ticks — Every second is marked by a short beep that rises in pitch as the phase comes to an end. You feel the tension building without needing to glance up. Louder cues land on every five-second mark.

📳 Vibration Cues — Distinct vibration patterns signal exercise start, rest start, and workout complete. Works even with headphones out, music playing, or the screen off.

⚡ Built-in Presets — One-tap presets for the most popular protocols:

• Tabata — 8 × 0:20 work / 0:10 rest

• HIIT — 6 × 0:40 work / 0:20 rest

• AMRAP — 5 × 1:00 work / 0:15 rest

• Endurance — 4 × 3:00 work / 1:00 rest

✏️ Custom Workouts — Set any number of series (1–20), exercise duration in 15-second steps, and rest duration in 5-second steps. Name your workout to stay focused on what you're training.

⏸️ Pause & Resume — Need a water break? Tap pause and pick up exactly where you left off.

🌙 Works Offline — No internet, no problem. Timer 2000 runs completely offline, in the gym, the park, the basement, or on a plane.

🔒 Privacy First — No location. No camera. No microphone. No account. No tracking. The app shows a small ad to keep it free — that's it. Your workouts stay on your device.

Designed for the way you actually train

Whether you're doing kettlebell circuits at home, weighted carries in the garage, sprint intervals at the track, yin yoga holds on a mat, or pomodoro-style focus blocks at your desk, Timer 2000 adapts. The audio and haptic cues mean you never need to break form to check the clock.
