Vertex Engineer

Vertex Engineer is a service complaint management application designed for authorized service engineers to manage and resolve customer product complaints assigned to them.

Engineers can securely log in to the application and view their assigned complaints from the dashboard. Each complaint provides the information required to handle the service request, including complaint details, customer information, service location, issue description, reported date, and relevant product information.

Complaint Resolution Process

When a complaint is assigned, the engineer can open it to review the customer, product, issue, and service location details. The engineer can then visit the required location and start working on the complaint.

As part of the complaint verification process, the customer provides a 6-digit verification code displayed in the Vertex Service customer application. The engineer enters this code in Vertex Engineer to verify the service activity and continue the complaint resolution process.

Vertex Engineer helps service engineers organize assigned complaints, access relevant service information, track complaint activities, and complete the complaint resolution workflow efficiently.
