The data collected using the interactive processes cannot be accessed by IKK classic or third parties. They are only accessible to the user themselves. The note or free text fields are not evaluated and the content is not transmitted to third parties. In addition to individual interactive processes, each user can delete their account at any time in the app/website. When the account is deleted, all data associated with the account will be deleted.
