About the app

IKK classic customers can now redeem their aids more quickly, safely and easily without the hassle of paperwork - this and much more is possible with the free app for e-prescriptions from IKK classic: This means you always have your electronic prescription with you on your smartphone. It will be issued digitally in the medical practice and forwarded by you to the aid provider (e.g. medical supply stores) free of charge. This app also offers even more – a doctor search, a search for participating medical aid providers and you can see the processing status of your e-prescription at any time.

Target group

The app offers all IKK classic policyholders who are over 16 years old the opportunity to receive, manage and transmit aid prescriptions digitally and conveniently to their aid provider.

Participating doctors

The prerequisite for participation in the special form of care e-prescription aids is to join the contract as a doctor/prescriber in order to be able to issue e-prescriptions. IKK classic customers have the opportunity to see which doctors are taking part before registering in the app.

Participating aid providers

The prerequisite for participation in the special form of ePrescription aids is to join the contract as an aid provider in order to be able to accept ePrescriptions. IKK classic customers have the option in the app to search for participating aid providers and assign the eRegulation to aids. After receiving the eRegulation for Aids, the aid provider checks whether the benefit is granted and informs the insured person.

SECURITY

As a statutory health insurance company, we ensure the best possible protection of your health data. To ensure that only you have access to your app, we will securely identify you once via our IKK classic app. There are various options for this, such as the Post-Ident procedure.

Note: If you already have your health ID, you can easily use it to register.
