I'm sure a lot of times when you train you have the uncertainty of many things, such as when you're going to run some exercise, series, repetitions etc, but also, we see that many people use the sash or belt to train and that's when we get doubt.
I have no doubt that the sashes or belts in the gym are one of the most used accessories, many times we find the theory and even the practice that is best to protect the back, spine, lumbar area etc, so we are almost forced without understanding the proper functioning that this causes our body.
