We’ve combined the best of of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Feelings Wheel into an AI-powered mental health app that identifies your CBT cognitive distortions (thinking traps), reframes negative thoughts, and gives you classic CBT homework to work through the emotion--- all without chatting back and forth with AI.

Unthink helps you understand your interpretation of daily events and thinking traps that cause suffering for yourself and those around you. We hope that Unthink can help people better deal with depression, anxiety, and anger, while building gratitude and positive affirmations.

How It Works

• Using all of the emotions from the Feelings Wheel, presented in an intuitive UI, you pick the multiple emotions that you feel, even if they seem like they shouldn't live together

• Describe what may or may not have caused the emotion, whether it was an event, an interpretation of an event, a thought you had -- or even if you're not sure yet what caused it

• Our AI instantly identifies your CBT cognitive distortions (thinking traps), reframes what happened to be a more accurate and empowering statement helping you see the cause in a much better way

• Our AI also creates a unique CBT homework for you to work through and reflect on the emotion and event at a much deeper level
