The myLivewell app provides you with:

• Details about the services that are available to you, as part of the EAP or wellness programme provided by your organisation.

• Direct access into Optum’s Livewell member portal, where you will find valuable information and resources that can help you live a healthier and happier life.

• Contact details to access local service professionals that provide 1:1 support

You will need your Livewell member portal access code to use the app. If you do not have this you should speak with your organisations EAP or wellness programme coordinator.
