The OptumCare Clinical Documentation Guide allows users to search through over 11,000 diagnosis codes of common conditions using ICD-10 codes, diagnosis descriptors and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs). Once a user locates the appropriate code, they can save it as a favorite, view CMS documentation tips, and add their own notes.
