Low latency audio pipeline

Audio is encoded with the Opus codec, designed for interactive speech with low algorithmic delay around 5 to 10 milliseconds. On supported devices, you can record in stereo. The app supports 48 kHz sample rate and 32 bit depth to capture detailed sound.
