Fast and safe exchange of information is the basis of the national platform for prevention, diagnostics and health promotion.

The application allows monitoring the history of your habits, physical activities and selected laboratory parameters, with the possibility of setting goals and monitoring their realization. The user can allow a doctor, counselor or trainer to set goals and make recommendations, as well as monitor their fulfillment.

By integrating with Health Connect, the application enables the safe collection of data on physical activity and selected health parameters. Only the data explicitly approved by the user is used, including:

number of steps, distance traveled and calories burned by physical activity

parameters of vital functions (blood pressure, pulse, saturation, body temperature)

values ​​of laboratory or physical measurements (weight, height, body fat, blood glucose)

data on sleep and movement habits

This data is used exclusively for display to the user, for tracking goals and for generating personalized recommendations. The user controls what data is shared at any time and can revoke access. The data is not used for marketing purposes, nor is it shared with third parties without the express consent of the user.

The application uses an expert system to analyze the entered health data and generate recommendations, which improves prevention and enables better decision-making based on the user's medical data.
