Feedback from service providers is often complicated (administrative processing after the services have been provided, etc.) and restrictive (on-site photocopying, return of documents, etc.)

In order to simplify exchanges, Saônoise provides its service providers with an application allowing:

– To report the event when the service is finished to the central Saônoise information system.

– To retrieve this information if desired.
