Az E-Poldi rendszer egy mobil alkalmazás, amelynek célja, hogy a lakossági bejelentéseket a Budapest Főváros XVI. kerületi Önkormányzata a leggyorsabban feldolgozhassa, a problémákat elháríthassa.
A rendszerhez bárki kapcsolódhat, tehet bejelentéseket, vagy kereshet illetve kategorizálhat a bejelentések között.
