Tufts Health Freedom Plan

Welcome to the Tufts Health Freedom Plan member mobile app. Once you complete the initial registration on your phone, you’ll have access to the following functionality:

1. View Claims: This includes claims summary information, individual claim details and your cost-share, if applicable.

2. View Plan Limits and Accumulations: This includes your specific benefit plan limits, such as deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.

3. View Cost and Benefits: This includes details specific to your plan and detailed benefit types, such as routine medical services (e.g. immunizations or primary care) and pharmacy.

4. View Referrals: if your plan requires referrals, you can view them along with any limits.

5. ID Card: View, email or fax your Member ID card.

6. Provider Search: Search for and compare providers and services to find one that meets your needs.

7. Treatment Cost Estimator: Get out-of-pocket cost estimates for procedures based on your health benefits and claims.
