How it works:

Consultations

● Send in a consultation to your veterinarian with detailed text, pictures, and/or videos.

● Your case is assigned to a vet within your pet’s assigned clinic for review.

● Optionally chat with your vet to schedule a video chat appointment or provide more details on the case.

● Receive a treatment plan to get your pet healthy again, directly from your veterinarian.

Follow Ups

● Schedule follow up appointments for your veterinarian to remotely check up on your pet after treatment.

● Video chat with your vet and discuss your pet’s healing progress.

How to get TeleVet:

TeleVet is available to pet owners whose veterinarians are signed up to provide healthcare services through our platform. We only connect pet owners to their existing veterinarians, so if your vet is not on our platform you will not be able to participate in TeleVet’s offered services unless you register as a client at one of our existing TeleVet veterinarians.
