This application is intended to help technicians and installers verify setup and troubleshoot Beautyrest and Serta Sleeptracker® Smartbeds.

What can the Technician app do?
• Update the customer’s Smartbed to the latest firmware.
• Allow you to verify the Sleeptracker® processor, sensors, cables and control boxes are hooked up properly based on answering a few questions.
• View the setup guide for the particular model you are installing or troubleshooting.
