SI (Kiloseconds) Metric Clock

This is a simple program to display the current time of day in SI units, in particular, kiloseconds (ks, or 1000 seconds) as well as to measure time intervals metrically through the metric timer and stopwatch.

Features

- Measures the time of day in kiloseconds since midnight, taken in 0.1 ks (also called hectosecond) increments.

- Provides a metric timer for timing a set period of time in a linear decimal count of seconds which is easily readable as larger SI units like hectoseconds and kiloseconds.

- Provides a metric stopwatch for measuring an unspecified duration in the same way but with centisecond (0.01 s) resolution.
