Last Goodbye was really painful. It happens to Crow sometime. it just that his soul is disturbed somehow or he did something worse which his soul is resisting.
Once the soul lost happiness , it's hard to find from the outside world.
he didn't feel anything because he is trying to be strong and want to feel the reason of the sadness of his soul.
The Crow is reluctant to miseries and enjoys happy situation. The crow can be compared to ignorant child who enjoy sweets only and reluctant to chillies but he was not aware of, there is nothing exist like Happiness.
He continued his journey in the search of his lost happiness.
