The medical semiotics is the part of medicine that studies the signs (which translate the injury or disorder of a function) that can meet the doctor on clinical examination (physical signs, functional signs and general) or additional examinations (imaging, biology). It also studies how to identify (, physical examination, additional tests) and present (writing an observation, clustering in syndrome) to a diagnosis.
