Do you know your medication well? You know indicate the active substance? You forget sometimes takes? Do you have a full list of medications you are taking? And of using your mother?

RecuerdaMed, developed by the Centre for Patient Safety Andalusia, allows you to compile a complete list of medication as many people as you need, to contrast it with professional when you require healthcare, something that is a recommendation of the World Organization itself Health Organization (WHO).

It is designed so you can familiarize yourself with the active ingredient, dosage, how to take it and why; and to set alarms to remind you when shooting.

To make it easier, you can now add drugs simply scanning the barcode and automatically be uploaded to your list from the database's Drug Information Center online drug (CIMA) of the Spanish Medicines Agency, the more complete than exists in Spain, and is updated daily. Also, you can manually add medications, if you find it easier.

You can view a record of these with their prospectus and warnings in case concerned a medication that may affect driving or subject to additional monitoring of safety.

RecuerdaMed has been created with the collaboration of a group of experts (doctors, nurses, pharmacists ...) on safe use of medication and the participation of the School of patients.
