Driver's Complaint:

• Create a form for drivers to submit complaints. Include fields such as Nature of the complaint (e.g., behavior, safety concerns), Date and time of the incident, Location details, and Any relevant comments or additional information.

Generate Infraction Reports for Specific Vehicles:

• Allow authorized personnel to generate infraction reports for specific vehicles.

• Include details such as the type of infraction, date, time, location, and any associated comments.

Roaster Complain:

• Provide a section where managers or administrators, can add complaints related to rosters.

• Provide a section where managers or administrators, can view complaints related to rosters.

Breakdown Complaints:

• Provide a section to add and view complaints related to breakdowns.

• Create a form for users to submit breakdown-related complaints. include these fields Date and time of the breakdown, Location details, and Description of the breakdown issue.

• Consider having a dashboard that gives an overview of complaint statistics, unresolved issues, and recent activity.

Feedback and Resolution:

Include mechanisms for feedback from complainants and a system for tracking the resolution of each complaint.
