PrismERP Fx

The application is made for the companies who are having retail distribution by the field force. The field sales user will be using the application in online and offline mode. The app requires to be installed over online and synced with PrismERP system for the product, pricing, discounts and customer data online for the first time.

Customer Data:

Customer data will be synced based on the territory configuration into the PrismERP system. The sales user required to be a part of a sales territory configured into the backend system.

Location Management:

Customer Location:

Customer address will be collected upon creation of the mobile is online. If not, the user can add the address manually in offline. The customer created offline will be waited to be synced with backend PrismERP when online.

Order Location:

When order creation started, customer and order location will be displayed and order location will be recorded if online. If offline, no order location will be recorded. Prism field force application will keep all the un-synced data into a list what to be synced when online along with sync location.

Draft order:

Prism Field force application allows user to keep any order into the draft until confirmed and saved from the card.

Discount Management into the order:

Price, Discount and all kinds of promotion will be configured into the backend PrismERP system. And those will be synced into the background upon login into the mobile application.

Data into PrismERP:

Order data will be synced and posted to prism Sales order. User will be able to process the delivery from work order followed by the invoice and payment collection.

Customer Ledger:

Customer ledger can be monitored from the Backend PrismERP system.

Territory Management:

Administrative user will be able managed territory configuration based on the need of the company. For example; National, regional, zonal and areawise. The user can map sales staff to map on the right position and tag them as field staff or managers as per the need. Also, company sales admin may need to map the customers to the right territory as per the choice. So the fields gets the right territory and its customer.
