OWL uses a series of questions to determine your current eating, exercise, and wellbeing habits and help you choose an appropriate wellness goal. The app provides interactive tools with features like a dialogue chatbot, daily reminders to be active, healthy eating, and paying attention to your life. OWL also features the new, patent-pending Body Fact Index (BFI), a highly accurate way to measure body composition (percent fat and percent lean body mass), activity tracking, meal logging, and augmented reality experiences that provide 3D, realistic, and simpler visuals of the more complex educational concepts. This innovative approach includes a custom progress report for your healthcare provider which will help you achieve your overall health goals.
