Overview of My HealthDoc Mobile App

Health Application where user can record his Health Related Information.

User will Sign Up to the system to Register for My HeathDoc Mobile App.

User will login to the system with the credentials provided and redirected to the application Dashboard screen.

To check the Demographic Details User will click on the Demographic Details Menu where he can check his details and also Update his record.

User can add Consulting Doctor using Consulting Doctors Menu. Also he can view the list of Doctors added with speciality and mobile number. User can call any doctor by click on the dialer icon.

To add visit User will click on Add Doctor Visit menu where he should select the doctor first to add doctor wise visit.

To Upload Reports user will click on Upload Reports Menu Button. First user will be shown the date wise visit list. To upload file user should click on Upload file icon, after that user will be redirected to the Add Visit Report Screen where user can Add Report name and upload files.

To View overall user Reports user will click on the View Reports Menu where user can check Name wise list of the Reports also he can preview the report by clicking on the image icon below Report heading.

To add Health Insurance user will click on the Health Insurance menu where he can View list of his insurance details record user can also update the same by selecting the Insurance record, user can add new insurance details by clicking on the Add Insurance Details button.

User will click on the Emergency Call Menu whereuser can add primary and secondary emergency number. In Emergency using User can call to any of this number from our My HealthDoc Mobile App.

User can Change his Login Password using the Setting Menu.
