You can quickly search for a slide deck from last month, a photo from a family event, or a file attached to an email. Results include items from your cloud locations and your device, which helps you get back to work quickly.

Create and edit content

Use ready templates to make images, posters, banners, videos, and surveys. Microsoft 365 Copilot also lets you open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDFs in one app for quick edits when you are away from your desk.

Scan and manage documents

Scan documents, photos, and notes with your camera to keep them organized. You can upload Word, Excel, or PDF files from your phone to ask Copilot questions, and save files created by Copilot directly to your device. Some capabilities depend on your account and license.
