MG App - Cidadão

The MG app Cidadão is the official application of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais with the objective of offering access to the main services provided by the bodies and entities of the public administration of Minas Gerais.

The MG Citizen app has the following main features:

- Popular Consultation: Repair Brumadinho

- Birth, Marriage and Death Certificate

- Inspection report (AVCB)

- Water and sewage – Copasa

- Energy – Cemig

- Vehicles and drivers (Detran MG) such as the driver's score, request for a 2nd copy of the National Driver's License (CNH), Vehicle Status and Issuance of Fines Extract

- Consultation and evaluation of State service units (Schools, Police Stations, Military Police, Sine, UAI, Health Units, Regional Pharmacies, Hemominas)

- State Server - Paycheck

- IPVA MG 2021 and Licensing Fee

- Consultation of medicines (provided by Farmácia de Minas)

- Consultation of medication requests (provided by Farmácia de Minas)

- Civil Police background check

- Scheduling of services for Integrated Care Units (UAI), SINEs and Blood Donation – Hemominas

- Free appointment for issuance of identity card

- Accident Report (BO): Traffic accident without victim, Threat, Non-compliance with Protective Measures, Theft, Bodily Injury, Facts, Loss of Documents and Objects

- Opening of Highway/Transport incidents

- Consult the timetable of intercity and RMBH buses

- Opening of demonstration at the State Ombudsman's Office

- Talk to the Government (Doubts about the services of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais)

The MG Citizen app is coordinated by the Minas Gerais State Planning and Management Secretariat (Seplag-MG) and developed by the Minas Gerais Information Technology Company (Prodemge).

The MG app offers services from the following bodies and entities: Firefighters, Cemig, Copasa, Detran-MG, Minas Gerais Department of Buildings and Roads (DER), Hematology and Hemotherapy Center Foundation (Hemominas), Police Civil Registry of Minas Gerais, Ombudsman General of the State, Union of Civil Registry Officers of Natural Persons of the State of Minas Gerais (Recivil), Secretary of State for Environment and Sustainable Development (Semad), Secretary of State for Social Development (Sedese) , State Secretariat for Government (Segov), State Secretariat for Finance, General Secretariat for Government, State Secretariat for Transport and Public Works (Setop), State Secretariat for Health (Ses-MG) and State Secretariat for Planning and Management.
