Frequent & intensive treatment process

At LMcare we treat successfully according to our self-developed FIT method®. FIT stands for Frequent, Intensive Therapy. In a short period of time you will have contact with your psychologist 2 to 3 times a week via video calling. You will receive the psychological help you need in easy-to-plan online sessions of approximately 45 minutes.

Due to our experience with the FIT method, we know that a mental health care program at LMcare can be fully and successfully completed within 4 months on average. Our starting point is that we treat as briefly as possible and for as long as necessary. This usually takes at least 8 months via the traditional route.

Thematic meetings We do everything we can to give you your strength back in a short time and prevent relapse. In addition to individual treatment, we therefore also offer the opportunity to participate in various theme meetings online. We regularly offer diagnostic activities after the process and, if complaints recur, we will pick up the thread together with you. These theme meetings are also fully reimbursed by your health insurer.

E-health During treatment you can also use E-health where you can follow different treatment modules. You can also fill in diaries and register complaints. We have a variety of modules available from psycho-education (information and advice regarding your complaints) to modules aimed at changing complaints, for example in the areas of depression, anxiety, PTSD or sleep.
