LinkMeToHealth lists nearby services and offerings that help you live well. This digital directory includes medical services (e.g. doctors, allied health), wellbeing services (e.g. meditation groups, social groups, running groups), sporting clubs, and more. LinkMeToHealth helps you answer some key questions you may have about how and whether you should access a service or offering. Answers like is it value for money, do you need to book and how far in advance, and what you need to use the service or offering. LinkMeToHealth helps you feel more confident accessing the health and well-being care you need.

LinkMeToHealth was created through a community co-design process with the Springfield community, Queensland, Australia in partnership with The University of Queensland, Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing. LinkMeToHealth aims to be a single, trustworthy source of local health and well-being service information. This app is aimed at helping Australians access the right service, at the right place, at the right time, improving their quality of life.
