Kiosk IO

Kiosk IO is a new way to invite patients into your digital engagement program. It can be installed on a tablet and placed in a public waiting room, or on the personal device of a clinician’s assistant. Kiosk IO is prohibited from accessing protected health information.

It’s easy as 1-2-3.

1) Patient (or provider) types their name, email address, and selects a care plan.

2) Patient sent email with a secure link to create an account.

3) Done! Patient IO’s automation goes to work.

To make the experience even simpler, default care plans can be defined such as an discharge survey or post-op health assessment.
