Kidney Check

Kidney Check is a clinical home urine test that provides an assessment of your kidney function.

**Can only be used in the US with the designated Kidney Check kit**

The Kidney Check app will guide you through a short urine test to assess the Albumin-to-Creatinine ratio in your urine. The Kidney Check test can provide an early indication of kidney damage. Once the test is completed, results will be available on the app to share with your Primary Care Provider to determine further care.
