PT PLN Nusantara Power's iZAt (Zero Accident Assistant Application) is a management application for planning, implementing, controlling and evacuating OHS business processes of PT PLN Nusantara Power to fulfill SMK3 & NFPA standards

and support the achievement of Zero Accidents

iZAt has several modules including:

1. Map of Readiness of Emergency Response Equipment and Manual Fire Protection (Emergency Response Equipment Inspection, Manual Fire Protection Inspection)

2. Safety Performance Indicator (Reporting unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, and near misses)

3. Incident Report and Investigation

4. Dashboard monitoring of personnel and equipment certification

The goals of iZAt 2.0 include:

1. Make it easier for the K3 Unit field to carry out manual fire protection equipment inspections (simplification of the process).

2. Facilitate K3 Unit in reporting and controlling unsafe action, unsafe condition and near miss findings.

3. Facilitate the K3 Unit to monitor equipment and personnel certification so that no equipment certification expires.

4. Make it easier for the K3 Unit to monitor the needs for tools and special PPE they have.

5. Provide a forum for reporting the results of work accident investigations to the BOC, BOD, GM / Unit Manager, Senior Leader KP (Head of LK3, ROP, EP, Compliance, KSPI and KSMRK) as lessons learned for other units and so that confidential information is not distributed to unauthorized parties.

6. Facilitate K3 Units in controlling the work of third parties/contractors by obtaining support from the procurement, environment and security sectors in supervising work in the field so that it is hoped that there will be no OHS, environmental or security violations in the PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit area.

7. As a reference for the head office in assisting K3 Units in preparing for an overhaul based on K3 and 55.

8. Facilitate the Head Office BID HSE supervisory division to monitor and assist in accelerating improvements to K3 constraints in the Unit.
