Iridium Academy

Iridium Academy is a training and fitness course platform with dozens of content and complete and periodized training plans, to do at home or at the gym, whatever your goal: gaining mass, losing fat, conditioning, health and much more.

The application's proposal is for the student to have constant progression and evolution in their physique throughout the training protocols, always with intensity calculated by qualified Physical Education and Bodybuilding professionals.

Workouts are customized for common exerciser levels and goals, including injury or joint pain rehabilitation options.

They are offered in interactive training sheets, in which each of the platform's more than 400 exercises are explained in detail on video about the most correct way to do them, as well as dozens of advanced training techniques.

Students also have the opportunity to substitute exercises in a practical way if they are unable to do so at home or in their gym.

In addition, Iridium Academy also has theoretical courses in which professionals teach basic, intermediate and advanced notions of physical activity, bodybuilding and sports nutrition.

Platform subscribers also have support from a physical educator and nutritionist to answer their questions whenever necessary.
