IPCVA Nomenclador

The aim of this Nomenclador is to provide an orderly display of the main preparations of beef and offals the same origin, produced by the Argentina industry that can provide guidance to operators of meat in the country and abroad.

Each product displayed in this Nomenclador, is illustrated graphically by diagrams and photographs to their anatomical description and a brief description of its preparation form is attached.

The anatomical description does not have an academic sense but represents a contribution to achieving precision in defining as diverse as those originating in meat products.
