HygieneIN is an intelligent hygiene management system that helps companies gather information on hygiene processes and improve the maintenance of spaces.
The application is aimed at the personnel in charge of cleaning the spaces or their hygienic maintenance (from now on field personnel) and allows the following functionalities:
• Record the activity. All the activities carried out by field personnel are recorded in the application for better control of the processes.
• Request the replacement of products. Field personnel can view a catalog of suggested products required for replenishment.
• View the map of locations and spaces. Using a location module, field staff can view on a map which spaces are pending review and which have already been managed.
• Manage spare parts or breakdowns. Using QR codes, field personnel can identify which devices are faulty or which have been replaced.
• Service tracking. It allows you to see the time, the space and the person who has been in charge of managing the hygiene and hygienic maintenance of the spaces.
