Hydration

This is a super simple sourdough calculator that will help you determine the level of hydration in your dough using baker’s math.

When using baker’s math, the flour amount is set to 100%. The default sourdough starter hydration is set as a 100% hydration starter (equal parts flour and water). From this, you can easily determine your own sourdough bread recipes.
