Handball Exercises 1

As Handball coach, the progress of these 6 sessions will allow your players to acquire the know-how needed to set up this type of defense:

- 1 to 1 mastery

- defense on the pivot

- the defense on a cross

- the distribution and the mutual aid during the sectoral changes of the attackers

and even 1 exercise (for the last session) around a defensive trap to put in place to surprise the attack team
