Forponto Mobile

The most complete time and attendance control and work management system on the market presents its application: Forponto Mobile!

Forponto Mobile is a component of the Forponto system's MultiWeb Module, created for mobile devices.

This application allows Forponto Clients to connect to their systems and requires the application user to have access to a licensed server with the Forponto MultiWeb module.

Designed for use by both employees and management users, Forponto Mobile provides time and attendance information according to permissions defined for each profile.

It allows for the registration of clockings, storing geographic location data and capturing the employee's photo at the time of clocking in/out (mandatory).

Clockings are preferably recorded in the system's database.

If there is no communication between the smartphone and the system, the clockings are recorded locally and sent to the system automatically when communication is re-established.

It displays clockings made by the employee in the application during the day, indicating the existence of clockings pending sending to the server.

The user can view their time and attendance records, even if they were made using other time tracking methods, such as data collectors.

It allows configuration of access to the system server via QR code.

It has a function to access the MultiWeb Module of the Forponto system. Users with manager or employee profiles can perform queries and administrative tasks related to time and attendance.

When accessing the MultiWeb Module through Forponto Mobile:

Managers can handle all aspects of their team's time and attendance management, such as: adjustments to employee time records, approval of requests or justifications, and consultation of management information such as overtime, time bank, absenteeism, etc.

Employees can access their time and attendance records to consult, request adjustments to time and attendance records and incident reports, justify incidents, view information about their overtime, partial or full absences, time bank, etc.

Receives alert notifications about pending issues in attendance management.

Can be used on smartphones or tablets. Available in Portuguese and Spanish.

It is important to note that time tracking using methods other than conventional data collectors is permitted by MTP Ordinance 671/22.

Important: Compatible with version 17.1 or higher of the Forponto system and must be used with MultiWeb version 41 or higher.
