Edenorte App is an application designed especially for our clients so that they can easily carry out transactions from the comfort and flexibility that their mobile device offers them.

With our application you can execute the following functions:

-Apply payments to your invoices

-Consult balances

-Contact Fononorte to request help

-See nearby offices to carry out your transactions

-Request to register for our automatic payment system

In order to apply your payments you must call Fononorte, 809-583-1844, so that a person can help you associate your credit card with one or more electric energy contracts.

Apply payments to your invoices

With this function you can select any of the contracts you have registered to pay your invoice. If you don't remember your contract, then you can enter your ID number and the application shows you the contracts associated with your document.

Remember to have your credit card on hand to indicate the expiration date and the CVV code.

When you finish the payment, the application will generate a payment receipt in PDF format that you can download to your cell phone.

Consult balances

You can see the total balance pending payment and see the details of each of the invoices. If you enter through the payment option by card then you will be able to consult this information for each contract.

Contact Fononorte to request help

Whenever you need help from one of our representatives, you can use this option so that you can contact us. In this call our IVR answers you where you can also make balance and payment inquiries.

See nearby offices

Through our modern application you can easily identify which commercial offices are closest to you. You will no longer have to investigate or ask what is closest to you.

Request Automatic Collections

If necessary, you can choose to enroll in our innovative and secure automatic payment system. This consists of allowing our system to apply payment to your invoices under the conditions that you indicate:

-Contract

-Maximum amount that we can apply

-Scheduled date to apply the charge

-Credit card to use

When you use this option in the application, an agent will contact you to officially finalize your registration.

Steps to start with our application

Please have a valid contract at hand, download the application and indicate your personal details and the contract you wish to use for inquiries and transactions.

When registering, you must call Fononorte, 809-583-1844, to associate your credit card with your contract. Once this is done, you can use the payment option.
