DeVPN

This application provides a device-level VPN (Virtual Private Network) service, using Android's VPN functionality (VpnService) to establish an encrypted tunnel that protects users' network connections and online privacy.

The VPN feature enhances connection security on public Wi-Fi, mobile data networks, and other network environments, helping prevent network eavesdropping, data theft, and unauthorized access, thereby reducing the risk of information leakage and improving overall network security.

1. Privacy Protection

We value user privacy and follow a principle of minimal data collection:

We do not record, store, or sell users’ browsing history.

We do not collect users’ network traffic content.

We do not monitor which websites or apps users access.

To maintain service stability and improve connection quality, we may collect anonymous technical diagnostic information, such as connection time, connection status, server load, app crash logs, and connection failure reasons. This data is used solely for network optimization and troubleshooting.

This technical data does not include users’ browsing content, visited websites, DNS requests, communications, or any personally identifiable information.

We do not use this technical data for advertising, user profiling, or selling to third parties.

2. Encryption and Network Usage

All data transmitted from the user device to the VPN server is protected using encryption to prevent interception or tampering during transmission.

This app does not redirect, manipulate, or modify network traffic from other apps for advertising, monetization, or any purposes not requested by the user.

3. User Awareness and Control

Before enabling the VPN service, the app provides clear information about its functionality and requests the user's consent to establish a VPN connection.

Users can disconnect or disable the VPN service at any time in the system settings.
