During the Second World War, many lives changed dramatically and forever. Brabant Remembers tells these special, inspiring, personal stories: large or small, about mobilisation, resistance, collaboration or liberation. Stories in which a life-changing choice is central.

In this app you can see what happened in the Second World War at ten locations and become part of the story. Experience WW2 in the here and now and ask yourself what you would have done. In addition, you can view more than seventy-five stories, one for each year we have been living in freedom, told by eyewitnesses and ambassadors. Together they give a good picture of the Second World War’s impact on our society. Many of these stories have been transformed into experiences.
