The Get Right Workout Plan started out as a workout for my clients but its success made me want to offer it to others looking to cut weight and tone up. This program is based on the training routines that incorporate HITT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING). It also takes into consideration your unique fitness goals by providing a bulking option and a leaning option.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced we have a variety of exercises that will keep your attention and allow you to feel good and enjoy doing it.

The Get Right Workout Plan uses a proven variety of exercises that can be done in just 30 minutes, leaving you time to work, hang out with family and of course TWEET and INSTAGRAM.

Today's average workout routine is based on some form of interval training. Whether its weight training, Zumba, or cross fit. All of these methods are variable movement at set intervals that shock the body and help produce more lasting results. The Get Right Workout Plan is no different, except we make sure we offer this benefit to those who prefer a one on one training experience or the company of a friend.

Once you download each video you will then click the play button. You will see a screen with a video at the top and a timer below. When you click on the video you will see a demonstration of the exercise. This video is simply a demonstration of the exercise and should be used to follow the proper form while working out. Once you have proper form you then are ready to start the timer.

The timer will be set for 30 seconds. Each set you will do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds. After the rep the timer will automatically go into rest mode depending on what option you selected in the settings (we suggest starting out with 30 seconds rest between sets). Once the rest is over you go back into repeating the exercise until you have done a minimum of 3 sets or a maximum of 4 sets. The number of sets is based on your fitness goals of losing fat or bulking up with more lean muscle. The HIGHER the sets the more weight loss benefits you will receive.

As a added feature we have added a alarm signal for you to know when to start exercising and when to rest. At the end of each 30 second interval you will hear a series of beeps signaling that your exercise period for that set is ending. Immediately after the exercise set has concluded the timer will go into a rest period based on your preference in the settings. You will then hear another series of beeps indicating when the rest period is ending and the next set should be started.
