Aditya Hrudayam or Aditya Hridaya stotra is one of the greatest mantras ever associated with Aditya or the Sun God (Surya) and was recited by maha guru Agastya to Lord Shri Ram when Rama was perplexed, while fighting with Ravana. After chanting this Hymn three times Sri Rama defeated Ravana.
