- You will get your payment return within 1–2 working days if you return/cancel your order.

How To Sell Old Mobiles At A3K Lab?

- Go to List Your Mobile For Sell option in the app.

- Provide the information asked in the form and list your mobile for sell.

- We will get your request and will approve or reject it within 2–3 hours.

- You will get the notification of confirmation/rejection.

- After the approval your mobile will be available in A3K store for sell.

- Once someone choose to purchase your mobile, we will inform you.

- Our logistic partner will reach out to you and pick up your mobile from the pickup address you have provided.

How To Repair your Mobiles At A3K Lab?

- You will book repair service by selecting your device and model of your device.

- We will notify you for your service order confirmation, in your notification box.

- After that one of our logistic partners will reach to the pickup address you have provided at the time of service booking.

- He will pick up your device for free and bring that to our Lab, here our Engineers will diagnose it thoroughly and identify issues.

- After the diagnosis, we will send you the notification about identified issues in your device and the charge you need to pay to get these issues fixed.

- You can cancel your order at any stage before service. The repair payment you make is totally refundable

- We will keep notifying you about the progress.

- After the repair complete one of our logistic partners will drop your device to the drop address you have provided at the time of service booking.
