When the beneficiary sends a request for consultation in a specific field after he has chosen at least 5 experts, a text conversation will be opened between him and the expert immediately after he accepts the consultation, and they can then set a suitable time for them to begin the consultation via voice or video call according to the desire and agreement of both parties.
