Trigger: Tag Reuse Plugin

This plugin will allow you to re-use unsupported or read-only tags with Trigger. This is necessary for devices like the Nexus 4 or Samsung S4 using Mifare Classic 1k tags.

Known issues: This may break S-Beam on some Samsung devices. This is a known issue and the reason this now functions as a plugin instead of being part of the main app.
