TreeSmith

Track every fruit tree you grow, with no account and no sign-up. Record each graft's rootstock, scion source and date, and pin every tree on a garden map you can adjust any time. Free for up to 30 plants.

TreeSmith is built for collectors, propagators and orchard keepers, not houseplant care.

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED

Open the app and start adding trees. No email, no password, no sign-up screen before you begin. Your collection lives on your phone. You only need to sign in if you add Cloud Backup.

GRAFT AND SCION RECORDS

Every graft gets its own record: rootstock, scion source, date, status and photos. Search by source nursery, cultivar or year. If you swap cuttings at a rare fruit meet, TreeSmith remembers what came from whom, not just that a tree is "grafted".

A GARDEN MAP THAT FITS YOUR GARDEN

Drop every tree on an interactive map of your orchard or backyard. Pins are not stuck where you happened to be standing: tap the map to move any of them, whenever you like. No location access? Place them by hand. Find that one cultivar you planted last winter without walking the whole block.

PHOTO JOURNAL

Capture growth over time. Photos organise by stage: flowering, fruiting, harvest and beyond. Look back across seasons in a single tap.

ACTIVITY LOG

Watering, fertilising, pruning, repotting, pest treatments, pollination, harvesting. Log what you did, when, and on which tree. Build a real record instead of relying on memory.

CATALOGUE PROPERLY

Scientific names, common names, source nursery, acquisition date, status and notes. Export everything to CSV or JSON whenever you want. Your data stays yours.

FREE OR PRO

Free: up to 30 plants, one location, photos, activity log, GPS map, local backup and export. Enough to catalogue a real orchard before you decide.

Pro, a one-time purchase: unlimited plants, multiple locations, reminders and bulk operations. Pay once, no subscription.

Cloud Backup is an optional yearly subscription that requires Pro: automatic daily backups and sync across devices.

Invited members of partner gardening clubs unlock Pro automatically when they sign in.

BUILT BY AND FOR THE RARE FRUIT COMMUNITY

TreeSmith is built by a Perth rare-fruit grower and shaped by feedback from collectors who actually use it. If you have ever wished a plant app understood what a scion exchange was, this one does.
