TrainBack

TrainBack is the digital training platform for sports clubs. Coaches can choose from over 500 exercises in the categories of strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and coordination, or create their own exercises with a title, description, video, and individual parameters. With just a few clicks, selected exercises can be assigned to individual players or the entire team and given a due date. Players can see their open tasks at a glance, watch videos, and check off completed exercises directly. Coaches always have an overview of who has already completed what. Access is exclusively via a club code, which members receive from their club.

The app is a private project, developed alongside the developer's studies, and is aimed at athletically active people interested in general exercise and prevention programs.
