Leinz Partner is a business-to-business application for registered optical stores and official Leinz business partners. This application helps users place lens orders, monitor operational processes, manage stock information, access business documents, and contact customer care all in one application.
Order Management
Create individual lens orders, bulk orders, and Purchase Orders (SP). Accounts with the Sales Manager role can review and approve SP requests. The Lens Retrace feature facilitates the reorder process using previous lens information.
Tracking
View the status of production, shipping, and SP requests. Users can follow the progress of orders from submission, processing, to delivery.
Courier Operations
Users with the courier role can view tasks in progress, process history, assigned tasks, task tracking, and delivery progress.
Order History
View the history of individual lens orders, frame orders, and bulk orders.
Business Features
View deposit balances, manage stock availability, assign products to bin locations, and access e-statements, e-warranty, e-invoices, and paid invoice history.
Customer care
