Do I need an account to use the app?

No! You can use your original TimeChimp account to log in to the mobile app. You also don’t have to pay for a new account!

Can I send feedback?

You sure can! We love to hear from you. You can use the feedback button in the web application or send an email to support@timechimp.com

What does beta mean?

The current mobile app is still in development and, therefore, not a total solution yet. We intend to copy every feature from the existing mobile app and provide a fully-fledged experience, but we can’t guarantee an occasional hiccup may happen. We opt to minimize this, and nothing is published before we test it extensively.
